  • Position: Full-time
  • Location:  Austin, TX
  • Hours: 9am-6pm (flexible)
  • Compensation: Salary to commensurate with experience, company bonuses and incentives, medical and dental benefits (no qualifying period), 401k

Responsibilities


  • Support Sales Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, presentations, and forecasting.
  • Manage and update the CRM tool to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on customers, leads, and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct prospecting efforts to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Own the pre-sales lifecycle of a contract: initial market research to contract creation and order execution.
  • Post-sales, you will liaise between the client, sales, and operations team to ensure campaigns hit targeted KPIs.
  • Manage schedules, set meetings, book travel and communicate relevant information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), coordinate quoting projects, work with outside sales on bid review and pricing.
  • Liaise between Q1Media and internal partners.
  • Become well-versed in our industry-leading products and services across video, mobile, display, search & social, and streaming advertising.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to drive success through teamwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements


  • 1-2 years in customer success, account management, or B2B Sales
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Collaborate with others to accomplish assignments, but you know when to take charge and work autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, utilizing these tools for RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Exposure to CRM systems
  • A degree in Advertising is a plus.
