We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support and Communication Associate to act as a key ambassador for marketing and internal communications. This role will involve providing administrative support to the General Manager, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring clear and effective communication across all departments. You will be responsible for overseeing internal communication on behalf of management, helping to promote a unified and collaborative company culture, while also supporting marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication Ambassador: Serve as the point of contact for all internal communication, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with the company’s values, vision, and strategic goals.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation of client communications and contracts. Ensure the smooth flow of sales-related information within the company.
Document Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of important internal documents, reports, and marketing materials.
Internal Communication: Draft, review, and distribute internal communications on behalf of the management team, ensuring clarity and alignment with company objectives.
Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and promoting internal and external company events, webinars, training sessions, and other marketing initiatives that engage employees and clients.
Social media & Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in promoting the company's brand, both internally and externally. Monitor internal feedback and share updates across communication platforms.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of communication materials, event details, and marketing campaigns, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging messages.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and promoting company culture both internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and document management.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree.
