We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical B2B Sales Support Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is critical in providing continuous support to our Sales and Sales Development teams, ensuring they have the tools, training, and data insights necessary to drive success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, sales concepts, and data analysis, with a passion for optimizing sales processes and performance.
Requirements
CRM Management: Provide round-the-clock support for CRM-related issues, ensuring data integrity and assisting with troubleshooting and user support.
Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver training programs for sales and sales development teams, focusing on CRM usage, sales processes, and best practices
Reporting and Dashboarding: Create, manage, and optimize sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales team and leadership.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Provide recommendations to improve sales strategies and operations.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to streamline and enhance sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement to the sales leadership team.
Support: Act as the first point of contact for sales and sales development teams, providing timely and effective support for any operational issues.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or data analysis role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support sales teams effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and creating reports.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
