About the Role 

The Sales Support Analyst role is a combination of essential functions across multiple roles within Sales Operations. The individual in this role will be a subject matter authority in many aspects of Sales Operations and  lead cross functional projects.. 

This is a critical role that requires expert knowledge of our systems and processes, as well as strong communication skills while working with various internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Billing, Business Operations, Sales, and Customer Success). 

This role is responsible for team training and guidance on new and existing processes, ranging and will work on creating, deploying and documenting new processes to improve efficiencies, and enable scalability through automation, etc. 

This role requires a strategic problem solver that can work independently, and collaboratively as we continue to expand our partnership with Indeed and presence across the globe.

What You'll Do 

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment with and without direction from Leadership, combined with the ability to make sound decisions on behalf of the organization
  • Facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the sales and customer success organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place for product launches, process changes, etc.
  • Champion an organization of continuous process improvements through direct and indirect support 
  • Facilitate Deals Desk requests for non-standard and sophisticated deals in collaboration with sales, legal and finance teams, and Indeed when appropriate
  • Work with sales on deal structuring and execution for long term success, and retention through scalable processes
  • Lead cross functional process to improve quote to cash processes
  • Manage ongoing requests for Deal structure best practices and deliver relevant trainings on quote to cash improvements, as well as updates to processes
  • Partner with sales teams to structure and review quotes, ensuring all reviews and approvals are in place for non-standard terms
  • Partner with Indeed in an ongoing effort to proactively communicate updates, changes, etc. and work on resolving challenges that impact the sales processes, product services, client experience, etc. (tool provisioning, sales processes, Indeed requests, etc.)
  • Partner with Indeed to achieve intercompany goals for indirect revenue and work together to achieve success (RPO/Agency relationships, Order management, new product deployment, revenue reconciliation, sales updates, etc.)
  • Think strategically and understand end to end processes with the ability to communicate potential downstream impact and propose resolution, as well as identify untapped opportunities for business growth
  • Expertise in collaboration across varying levels of the organization, and in influencing without authority
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com with experience in creating reports and dashboards for leadership increased awareness around the direction of the business
  • Lead projects and partner with appropriate cross-functional teams and resources to scope, plan, and implement within agreed upon timelines
  • Provide administrative and operational support in a timely and effective manner aligning with established policies and procedures
  • Complete cases/requests within established SLAs and provide updates as needed
  • Manage all approval queues (cancellations, makegoods, etc.) and complete initial review of all requests, make determination and assign for processing
  • Use Salesforce CRM to process a high volume of transactions/bookings with proficiency, accuracy and integrity
  • Technical aptitude and system administration: work out of multiple systems (SFDC, JIRA, etc.) and assist in system troubleshooting and resolution

What You'll Bring

  • A commitment to add  to our culture of DEI
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Customer Support or Project Management
  • Adaptability to change and fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proven track record to communicate at the executive level
  • Knowledge and competence in working with Salesforce.com, Google products and Excel
  • Familiarity with organizational sales and order management processes
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) proven experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and customer service skills.
  • Exemplifies qualities needed to do “whatever it takes” including a high level of accountability, acting like an owner, transparency, teamwork, collaboration and the importance of establishing links.
  • Great teammate that is comfortable under pressure/changing environment and interested in contributing to the larger goal of the company
  • Problem solver with a logical approach, and strong fundamental strategy skills across multiple channels
  • Knowledge of the Human Capital Management market is a plus

Compensation and Benefits 

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - 103,600 

Please note this is an hourly non-exempt role.

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Bonus: 10%

*Bonuses are paid out bi-annually and the amount awarded is based on individual and company performance.

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.
