This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business

Location: London
Salary: £23,302.50 yearly

Monday to Friday working between: 9:00 - 18:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring team mailboxes for team activities.
  • Reviewing new applications.
  • Liaising with both customers and sales to resolve any issues or queries on new applications.
  • Identifying the need for approvals from senior management and/or compliance.
  • Submission of applications to the bank.
  • Ensuring customer records are updated accurately.
  • Ordering terminals.
  • Setting customers terminals via a walk-through transaction.
  • Dealing with customer and sales agent queries.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments when required.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to check own and others work diligently.
  • Able to work under pressure and to set deadlines and SLA’s.
