This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business
Location: London
Salary: £23,302.50 yearly
Monday to Friday working between: 9:00 - 18:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring team mailboxes for team activities.
- Reviewing new applications.
- Liaising with both customers and sales to resolve any issues or queries on new applications.
- Identifying the need for approvals from senior management and/or compliance.
- Submission of applications to the bank.
- Ensuring customer records are updated accurately.
- Ordering terminals.
- Setting customers terminals via a walk-through transaction.
- Dealing with customer and sales agent queries.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Previous administration experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of the team.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to check own and others work diligently.
- Able to work under pressure and to set deadlines and SLA’s.
