Sales Supervisor | (inside Bloomingdales 59th and Lex) New York City

We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop culture. We are looking for Concession Shop Supervisors to join us in advancing the industry forward in our Concession Shop model inside Bloomingdales.

 

As a Concession Shop Supervisor at SKIMS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our concession shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our team towards achieving sales targets. Your passion for our brand, strong leadership skills, and ability to create a positive shopping environment will drive the success of our shop.

 

 

 

·      Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensure the team is motivated to do the same.

·       Supervise the daily operations of the shop, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff (both SKIMS and Bloomingdale’s), fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and enthusiasm.

·      Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures (both SKIMS and Bloomingdale’s), including health and safety protocols, while aligning with the broader department shop’s guidelines.

·      Monitor inventory levels and participate in the planning and execution of merchandise strategies.

·      Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

·      Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

·      Collaborate with SKIMS and Bloomingdale’s management team to plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and shop objectives.

·      Maintain the shop’s visual standards in line with brand guidelines, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment.

 

 

·      Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in concession or department shop fashion or related sector.

·      Proven track record of sales achievement and driving team performance.

·      Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating the team and driving performance.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

·      Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

·      Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

·      Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies. 

 

What is expected of you: 

 

·      Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.

·      Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.

·      Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the shop and be accessible to customers.
