Why You’ll Love This Opportunity as Sales Strategy Business Partner at Civica

As a Sales Strategy Business Partner you will deliver the GTM strategy and transformation at Civica, working in partnership with the Executive Leaders of the verticals. You will be leading annual sales planning, driving commercial excellence, and executing strategic projects for your business vertical(s). You will be working in close collaboration with members of Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement, Recruitment and Business improvement to deliver outcomes.

  • Partner with the Executive Leader(s) of the vertical(s) team to create, refine and deliver the GTM strategy
  • Be responsible for sales planning including resource alignment, carving, territory planning and quota setting for the vertical(s)
  • Run the operational cadence including forecasting, pipeline management, demand planning and deal reviews across the vertical(s)
  • Drive strategic projects to support the GTM transformation at Civica or within the vertical(s)
  • Generate business insights, highlight areas of opportunity and improvement leveraging tools such as Salesforce and other reporting tools
  • Lead and execute strategic projects to drive the GTM transformation at Civica
  • Create analytical reports/ assets to drive decision making, familiarity with
  • Partner closely with the Executive leadership as well as across members of the Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement and Recruitment team to find solutions to business problems

Requirements

This is a role that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, problem solving skills, analytical skills, stakeholder management experience and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.   • Experience in Sales strategy/ sales ops ideally in a software context
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills and problem-solving ability
  • Experience of partnering with and influencing Executive Leadership to drive business acceleration
  • Strong analytical ability, interest in drawing insights from data. Confident in creating reports and analysis on Salesforce and combining with other sources of data
  • Connector of dots and a collaborator who can work across all teams and function
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Driven, enthusiastic professional who can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Management consulting experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm is a plus
