Job Description:
The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, evaluating client growth and retention factors, and developing strategies to expand our business within various industries. This individual will contribute to building strong customer relationships, attending industry events, and offering strategic solutions for customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and attract new clients.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance and retention factors of existing clients, offering recommendations to enhance growth or address challenges.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's reach and presence across multiple industries.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to establish and strengthen client relationships and generate new leads.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating customer insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates from the commerce industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, especially Excel.
- Highly adaptable, driven, and capable of overcoming challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent follow-up and commitment to achieving goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as needed.
