The Sales Specialist will partner with SpotlightXR’s President, Managing Director and team members to exceed revenue goals through sales of its Payroll, Vendor Payment, Business Affairs and Rights Management services, while building their sales career.

SpotlightXR, a division of XR Extreme Reach, is the leader in Talent Payment, Crew Payroll, Vendor Payments, Business Affairs and Rights Management, serving the top global brands and their advertising agencies.

Within the SpotlightXR | Marketer team, we are seeking to source, develop, and support new sales team members to educate them on our core solutions, how to interact with global brands and advertising agencies and the sales process to expand our customer base. Partnering closely with leadership, with an emphasis on winning new business through cultivating a pipeline of opportunities, partnering with senior sales reps. and communicating and demonstrating our value to prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become an "expert” of the full suite of Marketer solutions; Present the SpotlightXR services to clients and prospects 
  • Identify, research and contact potential new clients
  • Initiate and execute a sales strategy for key accounts
  • Develop strategies to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and SourceXR to implement Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction, understand trends, provide additional solutions
  • Stay current on technical trends and market factors impacting our industries
  • Ensure that contracts are signed and up to date with assigned clients, and that the necessary information is in place for SpotlightXR to conduct business with the client
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Completion of professional sales training program 
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience 
  • Experience selling software solutions within advertising industry or to global brands is a plus
  • Strong experience building and maintaining relationships, cross-selling and upselling 
  • Proven track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in business administration
  • Ability to travel as needed
