As a Sales Specialist , your primary goal will be to perform cross selling functions with current active merchants .
You will be responsible for actively reaching out to customers, to showcase the benefits and convince them to reactivate or sign up for the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to active customers in order to understand why they churn and perform solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrate the features and advantages of salla products , highlighting its integration with the e-commerce platform, competitive rates, simplified logistics, and reliable delivery.
- Address any concerns or objections from potential customers and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the company CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, Most be in in the shipping/logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the needs of online merchants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Problem-solving mindset and the creativity to develop custom solutions.
- Familiarity with the Salla platform and its ecosystem is a plus.
