Sales Specialist, Digital Identity Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on Digital Identity solutions tailored for the Banking and Financial Services sector within the Route Mobile framework. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with a deep understanding of digital onboarding, risk management, and fraud prevention in SaaS sales. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our existing sales teams to engage new and existing clients, articulating the value of Telesign’s comprehensive Digital Identity Suite.
Main Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Lead discussions with key stakeholders in banking and financial services to identify and address challenges related to risk, fraud, identity management, and onboarding processes.

Solution Identification: Leverage a robust understanding of digital account management to propose tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.

Collaborative Approach: Work synergistically with sales teams and clients, adapting strategies based on client feedback and market dynamics to maximize engagement and success.

Use Case Development: Identify and document critical use cases, articulating how Telesign’s solutions can effectively mitigate risks and enhance onboarding experiences.

Trusted Advisor Role: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and best practices in the digital identity space to foster long-term relationships.

Strategic Presentations: Present complex solutions clearly and effectively to key decision-makers, highlighting the unique value propositions of our Digital Identity solutions in the context of financial services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders across Route Mobile to ensure alignment and optimize customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales within SaaS or technology companies, with a strong focus on the banking and financial services sectors.
- Proven experience in selling digital identity, risk management, or fraud prevention solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a knack for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, demonstrating assertiveness and leadership when necessary.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of identifying business opportunities.
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations and industry standards related to digital identity in financial services.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
