Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person who will work with the wider Sales Team at Route Mobile as a Sales Specialist for Mobile Identity. This person will be a specialist for the Telesign product offering within the Route Mobile team seen as the sales expert in the area of Mobile Identity. The role works with the existing MENA team to identify new and work with existing customers to explain the value proposition that is the Telesign Digital Identity Suite of Solutions. This role requires a passionate, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be adept at discussing common challenges customers have with regards to risk/fraud/identity management/onboarding/etc...
- Apply industry and digital account management knowledge and root cause analysis to determine how the product set can mitigate and/or solve those challenges.
- Be flexible to work in a Co-Sell specialist role with Existing Sales Team or directly with a customer
- Initiate, determine use cases, and propose Telesign solutions when possible and understand when the customer does not need our solutions.
- Be seen as advisor to Customers in a consultative role with expertise in the area of Mobile Identity
- Strategic thinking with regards to Customer Use Cases and how Telesign can leverage the available Telco Data Set to provide more robust solutions for Enterprise customers.
- Be comfortable presenting to C Suite and Senior Decision makers in large corporates when presenting the value proposition of Mobile Identity solutions.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Sales Leadership, Front Line Managers, and Individual Sales Team members across the Route Mobile Group.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of experience in the Sales Teams of SaaS and/or other Tech companies. Highly advantageous if working in Mobile Identity or Digital Identity before.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts as part of Sales Pitch/Customer Root Cause Analysis
- Very good communication skills in English language in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with colleagues + native Arabic language.
- Seen as collaborative with good people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
- The role will require travel within the GCC region and occasionally further afield.
