As a Sales-Service Operations Specialist is responsible for developing and managing accurate sales forecasts for the services division of Europe indirect & Latin America region. This role involves analyzing market trends, coordinating with our sales teams, and utilizing forecasting tools to ensure reliable sales predictions and strategic planning.

In this role your tasks will be:
- Support and manage monthly service calls, focusing on service orders and multi-year agreement commitments
- Lead quarterly business planning process, including data collection, regional reviews, and submission
- Serve as the regional liaison with Sales Controlling and Finance teams for Service planning and reporting
- Drive, track, and report on regional service initiatives and KPIs, such as our MyPlant connectivity and recycling programs.
- Provide installed base analysis to support regional growth initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to improve and simplify processes, ensuring alignment with regional and sub-regional leaders
- Present forecast reports to senior management and identify potential risks and opportunities in the sales pipeline
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Business Management, Economics or similar
- Solid professional experience in sales, operations, or in a commercial role
- Good understanding of commercial processes
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytic skills
