As a Senior Partner & Alliances Manager, you are responsible for contributing to the growth of the Backbase partner & alliance ecosystem and business within a region. Your challenge is supporting the development of a Partner led Pipeline, helping to convert license deals where Partners are involved and supporting the knowledge of Backbase within Partners to help customers continuously succeed. You have experience in scaling a business through a high calibrate and quality partner and alliance ecosystem.
Meet the Job
Success in this position requires you to execute against a shared vision and plan with these partner relationships, drive adoption of partner and sales programs, attain field goals and track progress while driving accountability to achieve those goals. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions. Expectations include working closely and in a collaborative fashion with your Regional team and other functions like Solution Engineering, Marketing and Sales to create value with Partners.
You will be comfortable to carry and deliver on specific Pipeline Generation and ARR targets.
You advice and are accountable for the Associate Partner Managers.
10+ years of relevant experience;
Background in consulting services and/or enterprise software;
Comfortable to work in an environment where entrepreneurship is expected, collaboration and delivered business outcomes is expected;
Local language proficiency to business level required within your region / territory.
