We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Research Department in the Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recorded video interviews with quality leads, existing clients, and high-net-worth individuals from the GCC
- Make follow-up calls to update people on progress
- Communicate effectively to understand motivations behind trading and craft product suggestions
- Provide information about the Capital.com platform and about financial markets to leads
- Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
- Promote Capital.com brand
What we expect:
- Fluent in Hindu/Urdu and English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)
Would be a plus:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
- Team player
- Previous sales experience
- Financial market knowledge/trading experience is advantageous.
