Sales Representatives

TLDR

The role involves selling company products, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing reports while working in a dynamic sales environment.

  • Present, promote and sell Company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers at malls and retail sites
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Supply Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Keeping up with product information and updates.
  • Answering potential customers' questions.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Assigning installers to clients for project deployment 
  • Follow up with installers to ensure project completion & closure 
  • Follow up with clients to obtain feedback on project deployment
  • Send reports as required by the Sec-Center Partner Manager 
  • 2-3 years experience as a Sales Representative
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and or G Suite 
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Highly motivated and target driven 
  • Good selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Minimum of OND
  • Must reside around Ilupeju, VI, Lekki, Adeniyi Jones and Computer Village 
  • N35,000 - 40,000 net take home
  • Commission on sales target 
  • Workdays - (Monday to Saturday including public holiday )
