What you’ll be doing:
Identifying and reaching out to potential restaurant and retail partners that align well with Wolt's business objectives in Hungary.
Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to meet individual sales targets.
Leading and facilitating meetings with external partners in both Hungarian and English to foster collaboration and drive business forward.
Proactively addressing partner issues or challenges during the negotiation cycle, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain strong relationships.
Collaborating with internal departments such as Onboarding, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth integration of partners.
Analyzing sales and market opportunities within the assigned territories to maximize business potential.
Utilizing Excel for standard calculations, Ops Tools for merchant-related tasks, and Looker for basic report analysis.
Contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at driving Wolt’s business development and overall growth.
Proactively addressing partner issues or challenges during the negotiation cycle, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain strong relationships.
Contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at driving Wolt’s business development and overall growth.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C field sales, business development, or in a Sales Representative role.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics.
Fluency in both Hungarian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships, with a natural inclination for fostering strong partnerships.
Stakeholder-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple relationships effectively.
Advanced negotiation skills, with a track record of closing profitable deals.
Customer-centric approach, always prioritizing partner satisfaction and long-term success.
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take initiative.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
