Job overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager either to start or continue their career in sales within the unique branch of the IT industry. If you do not know anything about ICM or SPM systems, that is no problem at all. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

 

Key responsibilities

Client outreach: identify and engage potential clients through software partners, cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.

Product/service knowledge: learn and understand our expertise and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Sales presentations: assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Relationship building: build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and software partner relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales and delivery support: collaborate with the sales, presales, and delivery teams to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.

Reporting: maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

      Our requirements

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English is a must - you will be working in an international environment.

      Ability to work independently and as part of a team – both internal and external.

      Strong organizational skills and competencies that allow running multiple business development initiatives at a time.

      Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

      Bring your troubleshooting skills; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when problems threaten to delay the timeline or impact the budget or business operations.

      Strong knowledge of MS Office

       

      Optional

      Experience in selling IT services in the B2B model.

      Experience in cooperation with multiple stakeholders in sales processes.

      Higher education is a plus, but not required.
