Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding VirtueStaff’s client base by acquiring new business clients and selling our staffing solutions. This position is ideal for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who thrives in a B2B sales environment and enjoys networking to create business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new B2B clients in need of staffing solutions
- Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas (6-7 deals per month)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
