Responsibilities:
- Recommending business solutions by cross-selling and upselling.
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
- Handle calls through a blended call queue, understand customer needs and right fit customers with appropriate solution.
- Consistently provide a great customer experience
- Handling contracts and Major Account Agreement requests.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Dynamic personality with high energy
- Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience.
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
- Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality.
