The person in this role will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and manage all aspects of client relations.


Experienced IT Consulting Sales Professional: We are seeking a commercial sales expert with extensive experience in selling IT consulting services and an existing client portfolio.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales closing, negotiating and achieving sales and profitability targets, particularly in areas such as project-based sales, staffing, and team augmentation.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Dynamic Networker: Skilled in networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques to develop new business opportunities.
Results-Driven: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business deals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal,written and presentation communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
Innovative Thinker: Ability to develop client-focused solutions and effectively mobilize internal resources to meet client needs and deliver exceptional results.



Responsabilities

  • The person will be responsible for the entire sales process, including lead qualification, pre-sales activities such as presentations, proposals and contract finalization.
  • Proactively develop new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Manage the sales cycle, perform lead qualification, arrange and deliver presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close long-term agreements with accounts in the US territory.
  • Be adept at handling executive-level interactions, developing client-focused solutions, and mobilizing internal resources to deliver on time and exceed expectations.
  • Create and negotiate complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts, and oversee the preparation, execution, and closure of sales negotiations at a decision-making level.
  • Drive the strategic advancement of customer relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, while identifying up-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with implementation teams and onsite/offshore development staff to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Report account activity, opportunity status, and other relevant details.
