POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining sale opportunities including account management and end-user relationships daily, and providing solutions to customer needs primarily through education and awareness of products and services offered.

Essential Functions Statements
● Develops a Regional Sales Strategy, to include:
o Target customers
o Target requirements for all supported markets
o Identification of key procurement vehicles
● Interfaces with all applicable customers and vendors within the region using the best available communication platforms including face-to-face meetings, phone/text, and email
● Understands all aspects of customer’s requirements and available procurement methods, and assists in determining the right product and contract within the customer purchasing timeline
● Works directly with Customer to ensure requirements are verified, within scope for the presented contract vehicle, and priced fair and reasonably
● Collaborates with team members from the initial requirement, to purchase, to order fulfillment.
● Negotiates discounts with vendors
● Grows Regional Sales Pipeline
● Meets/exceeds individual sales revenue and profitability goals
● Accurately maintains regional Salesforce data and ensures accurate tracking of regional performance and forecasting
● Submits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required
● Conducts regional analysis and develops and executes customer growth plans
● Travels and represents Noble at industry conferences, as needed
● Provides input and recommendations for Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs)
● Tracks critical data within Noble’s IT systems (NETSUITE, Salesforce)
● Help other members of the team, as required – team player
● Performs other duties, as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
● 5+ years’ proven sales experience or related industry experience
● Prior Military and/or procurement experience is a plus
