- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, sales trends, and competitive products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
