We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team at Travel Super Mall. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business client relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new opportunities within the travel related sector. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Indian B2B travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads in the Indian B2B travel market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Travel Agents & SME, understanding their travel requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Responsible for providing training and travel agents about online self booking tools.
Promote new travel related products and services.
Responsible for New client acquisition and retention of existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Travel SuperMall and expand the professional network.
Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of the Indian B2B travel and transportation market, including key players and pricing models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within designated territories.
Fluency in English and local languages is essential.
