What You'll Do: 

  • Connect with Customers: Handle a high volume of outbound calls—no cold calling, just warm leads. 
  • Personalize Solutions: Develop individual hearing solutions tailored to our customers' needs. You’ll receive in-depth training from day one, giving you the knowledge needed to be successful from the start. 
  • Share Expertise: Provide knowledgeable and in-depth advice on hearing loss and over-the-counter hearing aids. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Growth Mindset: Strong work ethic and desire to learn. High ambition to reach sales goals. 
  • Ability to Multi-task: Comfortable handling multiple tasks and stress in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong Empathy: A natural ability to understand and connect with customers through solution-driven approaches. 
  • Reliable Network Connectivity: Download speed above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps. We’ll provide the necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.). 
  • Preferred Previous Experience: Hospitality, retail, restaurant, customer service is a plus.   

What We Offer: 

  • Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base rate of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings in the first year are $50K. Ability to earn commission from the start! 
  • Flexible, Full-Time Schedule:  Work every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday) with a day off during the week.
