The position is focused on driving new business with Corporate end customer and partners in France region ; identifying and closing add-on sales opportunities within New and Existing Customer database.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential account; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
- Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, technical inquiries, identifying the needs and qualified the projects.
- Positively interacts and collaborates with Customers, Acronis partners
- Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products and services
- Work closely with distributor, Acronis Sales manager and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.
- Provide regular sales reports to management and participate in team meetings; working with channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Collaborate with partners to drive joint business growth, helping them to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners,
- Track partner performance, analyze sales metrics
- Stay up to date with the company’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide partners with relevant insights and strategic guidance.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- Fluent French
- English is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might have
- Strong closing sales skills
- Knowledge on Salesforce is preferred
- Able to make up 30 and above calls each day
- Punctual, reliable and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in follow-ups, a results-driven approach.
- Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies
