We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team based in Valencia, focusing on driving growth by upgrading existing key customers to our advanced business solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will work across all Helloprint solutions: Connect, Portal, Merch, and API. Utilizing our data qualification logic, you will receive a weekly list of key customers to contact and convert into our business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to key Helloprint customers to introduce and upgrade them to Helloprint's business solutions (Connect, Portal, Merch, and API).
Build and maintain strong relationships with English- and Dutch-speaking clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Work closely with Data and Sales Operations to improve this list of qualified customers on a weekly basis
Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to align on customer accounts and business strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets focused on upgrading customers to higher-value business solutions.
