We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of training programs, which include IT, technology, business, and leadership courses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively market and sell training programs to both new and existing corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on training services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, particularly in the training or education industry.
- Proficiency in English; multilingualism will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
