Sales Program Manager

Our sales team is focused on finding efficient paths to successful, profitable, long term customers by building a user-driven marketing and sales engine. To do so, we employ a bottom-up enterprise sales model by helping many small, successful customers evolve into larger, successful ones. We act as a key voice of the customer to the product team. We help identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth.

We are looking for a Sales Programs Manager to plan and coordinate programs to support our Sales Development and Sales Teams in EMEA. Through tight alignment with our Regional, Cross-Functional and Global Teams, you will be responsible for developing and orchestrating the cross functional programs that will drive scale and growth across our Region. This role will be instrumental in powering Asana revenue through using data and intelligence on our best practices. You will work to achieve our ARR and pipeline goals through the identification, design and execution of new sales programs, plus execution of current repeatable sales plays and programs.

This role will be based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements. 

What you’ll achieve

  • Develop and execute repeatable Sales Programs 
  • Be responsible for execution, coordinate and reporting of current Sales Programs 
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Enablement & Operations to define, execute and scale repeatable Sales Programs
  • Monitor and track performance of the business pipeline to drive consistent performance  
  • Own Key Success Metrics and growth on Customer Growth, ACV, & Pipeline 
  • Align with the Revenue team and Sub Regional Leadership on Growth Goals 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional partners
  • Work with Strategy and our Analytics team to create the right reporting and analytics to provide insights into our funnel and performance

About you

  • An experienced Sales Programs or Operations Manager; 2+ years in a similar role within an international / B2B SaaS company
  • Knowledgeable about the B2B SaaS sales motion - PLG & Sales Led 
  • Able to design and execute cross functional programs 
  • Strong experience in Pipeline and Productivity Programs 
  • Experience working closely with  Sales Development, Marketing, Sales & Enablement Functions 
  • A strategic thinker who is data driven & enjoys problem solving, and collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Strong in communication and alignment with stakeholders
  • Track record of success in building and executing Revenue, Pipeline and Productivity Programs

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €105,000 - €133,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
