Monitoring the sales performance of the sales team
Monitoring and reviewing store target
Proposing and reviewing sales team rewards and punishments (incentive and consequence management)
Analyze and submit manpower headcount for the number of sales teams needed promoter level to regional level
Monitor the sales team recruitment process and act as the bridge to third parties if there are obstacles in the sales team recruitment process.

Bachelor or Diploma Degree
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a financial company (sales support)
Required Skill(s) : Expert in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Have high initiative in improving the quality of work.
Can work independently and in a team
Preferably Staff (non management & non supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial services I(nsurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
