We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team (6 months internship). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations while supporting the optimisation of our Salesforce platform and processes. You will be joining a team of 4 people.
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will assist in supporting our sales team and ensuring the efficiency of our Salesforce system.
Your daily tasks will cover the following:

Salesforce Data Management:
Updating and maintaining Salesforce records for accuracy and completeness.
Assisting with data imports, exports, and deduplication tasks.
Verifying and cleaning up lead and account information.

Reporting & Dashboards:
Creating and updating basic reports and dashboards to support the sales team's needs.
Assisting in monitoring key performance metrics and pipeline health.

User Support:
Supporting team members with Salesforce inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues.
Managing user roles, permissions, and profiles under guidance.

Process Optimization:
Assisting in documenting workflows and processes.
Suggesting improvements for operational efficiency.

Training & Enablement:
Helping create training materials for Salesforce users.
Assisting in onboarding new team members onto Salesforce.

Last year of Master degree
A good level with the google tools (Sheets, Slides and Docs)
A passion for digging into technical processes, while making them clear and delightful for our internal operators and members
An excellent problem-solver mindset with proven analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French

No fear of getting your hands dirty
