The SalesOps Coordinator optimizes the Sales team’s performance and helps meet sales targets, including lead prequalification, inbound inquiries management, lead processing and data administration.
The SOC will also continuously identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and processes by collaborating with the Sales Operations Director on the execution of business-critical projects with the main focus on TOFU (top of funnel).
Responsibilities include the following.
Inbound Inquiries Management
- Manage partner leads & portals, importing leads into our CRM and updating information in UR and Fanuc’s portal.
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Manage all time-sensitive inbound lead sources, ensuring initial assessment of prospects is done within required SLA.
- Inbound calls: Answer, qualify and route inbound phone calls through Vention’s general phone line within required SLA during business hours, and return phone calls for messages left after hours. Transferring high quality leads to the appropriate sales team.
- Inbound chat: Answer, qualify and route online website chat discussions within required SLA during business hours, and ensure all offline chat requests are properly actioned on the following business day. Transferring high quality leads to the appropriate sales team.
- Inbound forms & Emails: Triage, respond and plan next steps for all inbound forms and emails related to Vention’s go-to-market. Ensure accountability for sales and customer services teams that are responsible for actioning the next steps.
Data Administration
- Ensure integrity of data is maintained in CRM (account, contacts, opportunities, orders, territory, etc.) and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure leads and deals across all territories and sales motions are being captured in SFDC, and prospected as per our SLA/ROE, monitoring and inspecting daily lead processing, book of business and deal pairing.
- Ensure account executives across all territories and sales motions are compliant with their activity targets & KPIs, monitoring and inspecting daily.
- Manages SFDC administrative tasks, and ensure the team complies with standard processes and procedures to input data in SFDC
- Document new SFDC processes and maintain them up to date in ROE
- Inspect, assess and report on the quality of emails and phone calls. Ensure that the sales team is consistently delivering a high level of value through well written emails and high quality calls and voicemails.
Sales Support & Analysis
- Perform analysis to identify areas for improvement across the sales organization
- Organize WWDGD in partnership with Growth & Sales Managers
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date critical SFDC reports, dashboards, Plecto, slides and spreadsheets supporting sales drumbeat (X-sync, TOFU meetings, Activity reports, etc.)
- Contribute to sales playbook with templates and other training tools, in partnership with sales enablement and sales managers
- Contribute to sales strategy, initiatives, and operational excellence by providing information, insights, and analysis to help us achieve our sales goals
- Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail with the flexibility to meet the demands of changing business priorities.
