As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing sales data, refining sales processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales performance.
What you’ll be doing:
Design, document, and implement efficient sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Oversee the management and integrity of sales data within the CRM, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, forecast sales, and support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and process guides.
Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute strategies for pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
Ensure the sales team has the tools and resources needed to close deals effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Account Management, etc.) to ensure the sales team has up-to-date business and process information.
Partner with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and organize targeted training programs to support team development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in process improvement and project management.
Native Hungarian speaker with strong communication skills in English.
Bonus points if you have:
Knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
Experience with sales enablement tools and software.
