We are excited to now be able to add a Sales Operations Specialist to Dun & Bradstreet Finland. This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and improving sales processes. The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly, while also working to optimize sales tools like CRM systems.
Essential Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making. Follow-up on data quality.
- Coordinate country sales activities, e.g. country formal quarterly business review template and reporting, account planning, projects from a Sales Operations perspective.
- Manage and own the annual customer segmentation, examining portfolio/territory planning, productivity and sales coverage together with the Sales leadership
- Act as the bridge between Sales and the other Sales Operations roles with a regional scope
- Act as the local expert on sales policies, processes, and CRM
- Identify gaps in sales pipelines
- Assist in process harmonization initiatives and projects based on doing mappings of the local setup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, and Sales) to ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Aid in creating reports to follow up different aspects of the business in the CRM
- Participate in audits by coordinating and providing inputs
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field required.
- At least 6 years working experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support functions
- Good understanding of CRM systems in general and what sales behaviors to drive and expected output from the system.
- Possess a high level of business acumen and customer focus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to handle large amounts of data, analyze it present findings and then following up on actions based on these findings
- Proactive, attentive to details, analytical, stable and independent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills and Power BI

- Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success

- Fluency in English and Finnish are essential for this role
