B2C Sales Operations Specialist - RISE by BCG U

In this role you will:

Maintain the sales database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data in the CRM system.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing communication with clients.

Assist in the preparation and submission of contracts, and documentations.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, customer success) to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with sales activities.

Support with creating playbooks, training materials, and resources that empower sales teams to effectively communicate RISE’s value proposition
What you'll bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields;

2+ years' experience in end-to-end sales operations and CRM systems is desired (Salesforce, HubSpot);
- Experience working in growth stage ventures or similar dynamic environments

Familiarity with sales enablement is desired

Passion for analyzing data to derive insights to improve sales performance and team performance

Passion for organizing information and excellent attention to detail;
-
Team player who enjoys fast-paced sales environment and is eager to learn and grow with the organization.

Excellent interpersonal skills, paired with fluency in English are required, proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- (Preferred) Familiarity working in professional services or managing stakeholders in similar corporate environments.
