Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales organization discipline through:
  • - Stewardship of process, procedures and methodologies
    - Build capabilities and drive usage of tools (SF/CRM)
  • Support leadership in sales management routines and decision making
  • - Generate analytical and modeling reports for upper management regarding delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, coverage, productivity, and opportunities across accounts, products, geographic regions, and other relevant dimensions.
    - Track opportunities, red flags, and statuses weekly for key customers.
  • Manage the Operations HUB to cover sales tasks at scale including (but not limited to) revenue control and closing assistance.
  • Drive the implementation of technologies to improve efficiency and process simplification
  • Collaborate with global Sales and Operations teams, as well as Business Units, to ensure optimal coordination
  • Collaborate with sales teams and Salesforce/CRM administrators to ensure accurate platform utilization and report generation for Business Unit leaders.
  • Maintain ownership of critical files/dashboards e.g.:
  • - Forecast & Pipeline files: Ensure each Business Unit possesses a clear and comprehensive mapping of forecasts and pipelines for their key accounts and the Business Unit as a whole.
    - QBRs: Collaborate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) related to operational and performance information.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar career.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Sales Operations / Financial roles
  • Experience related to processes review, data systems, reporting, etc.
  • Advanced Excel
  • Elemental knowledge of basic technologies
  • Basic project management skills (no formal study required)
  • Prior experience with online advertising preferred
  • English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth.
