About the Role
Are you ready to make a real impact on customer loyalty and sales growth? Sales Operations is searching for an enthusiastic manager to lead our cross functional Repeat Business team!

Join us in building Repeat Business and loyalty in our own direct channels by offering our best flight deals with exceptional customer experience that keeps customers coming back! If you're passionate about generating sales growth, building lasting relationships and love working across teams to make things happen, this is the perfect role for you!

You will engage with key departments such as E-commerce, Product, Customer Experience and Business Intelligence to ensure all initiatives are data-driven to maximize effectiveness. As we are still in the early days of the Repeat Business area, you will have an unique opportunity to shape our ways of working and identify the most effective tactics to achieve our targets.  


The role reports to Gabriel Staffansson, Director in the Sales Operations team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Repeat Business cross functional team
  • Owning the sales KPIs in alignment with established targets
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for driving Repeat Business
  • Lead and mentor a team and expand the team as needed to support growth 
  • Ensure measurable progress of initiatives
  • Ensure initiatives are data-driven to achieve maximum effectiveness
  • Report results and learnings to the wider organization

Requirements

  • Educational background in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience from successfully leading projects and/or cross functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales and customer data
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable items
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curious mindset with an eagerness to test and learn
  • Results-oriented and focused on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Finding energy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
