About the Role
Are you ready to make a real impact on customer loyalty and sales growth? Sales Operations is searching for an enthusiastic manager to lead our cross functional Repeat Business team!
Join us in building Repeat Business and loyalty in our own direct channels by offering our best flight deals with exceptional customer experience that keeps customers coming back! If you're passionate about generating sales growth, building lasting relationships and love working across teams to make things happen, this is the perfect role for you!
You will engage with key departments such as E-commerce, Product, Customer Experience and Business Intelligence to ensure all initiatives are data-driven to maximize effectiveness. As we are still in the early days of the Repeat Business area, you will have an unique opportunity to shape our ways of working and identify the most effective tactics to achieve our targets.
The role reports to Gabriel Staffansson, Director in the Sales Operations team.
