Toradex’s Brazil office hosts parts of the Global Sales, Marketing and R&D teams, composed of several engineers working on diverse tasks with global reach. Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our VP of Global Sales to enhance our CRM (SugarCRM) usage and assist in various sales analysis tasks.
Your responsibilities will include learn and support the items below:
- CRM Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of improvement in SugarCRM usage and ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards to monitor key sales metrics, including funnel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
- Sales Process Analysis: Analyze the sales process from lead generation to closure, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting strategies for improvement.
- Sales Team Support: Work closely with the sales team to address their data needs, provide analytical support, and offer guidance on CRM usage.
- Hands-on data processing and execution of processes.
- Sales Team training agenda management.
- Sales Team budget management.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, graduation in end of 2025
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Available for 30 hours/week from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to learn and develop skills and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel, Python, PowerBi.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
