Key Accountabilities:
Updating and managing the inventory databases;
Creating, processing, and facilitating store orders;
Working with account managers and the fulfillment team to solve merchandising issues;
Creating and improving sales operations and processes;
Tracking sales performance across the network;
Analyze sales performance and provide insight.
Key Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Data Analysis roles;
Experience working in retail, logistics, e-commerce, or FMCG industries is a plus;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data visualization);
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets;
Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
