Summary:
As a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist at Lucidya, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales operations and empowering our sales team for success. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our CRM system, streamlining sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to drive better decision-making. Additionally, you will support sales training, knowledge sharing, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization.

Requirements
1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
2. Prior Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role.
o Proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM systems, with hands-on experience in HubSpot or similar platforms.
o Experience with sales tools like Pandadocs and familiarity with other sales software.
o Proven track record of contributing to sales process improvements and efficiency gains.
o Knowledge of sales forecasting and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
4. Process Improvement: A demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance productivity.
5. Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and the production of error-free reports.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges in a dynamic environment.
8. SLA Management: Experience in managing and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) for sales operations.
