Sales Operations CST

Purpose: Manage, analyze and execute order tracking processes, to optimize the flow of the Supply Chain, minimize operating costs and provide excellent customer service. 
Upload the Forecast in the system and manage the inventory in Mexico.
Work in coordination with all areas involved in the Sales process to meet business objectives.

Education Degree: Bachelor Degree in the following fields, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Affairs or related. 

Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in

  • Customer Service Experience (distributors, vendors and suppliers).  
  • Software - MS Office intermediate
  • Demand Planning - Forecasting, Balance inventory
  • Advance English Level
  • Organized, planning and time management. 

Desirable skills. 

  • KPIs Management 
  • SAP 
  • Power BI / Dashboard
