We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Business Partner to cover paternity leave (6 months in total, including an overlap period). The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales team through effective territory planning, sales analytics, and operational efficiency improvements. This position is essential in driving the success of our sales organization by ensuring that our sales processes and systems are optimized and aligned with our business goals.

The successful candidate will join us at a critical role for the company as we will be in the midst of the annual planning and territory design process, and will thus need to have intimate knowledge of these process and be ready to engage quickly, with support from the other team members, to drive the territory deployment across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective territory plans that maximize sales productivity and customer coverage.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to recommend adjustments to territory assignments.
  • Ensure territories are balanced in terms of potential, workload and growth.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with sales leaders to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to resolve operational issues and improve communication.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.

Skills:

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
      • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
      • Proficient in Google Suite
