Responsibilities-
- Responsible for managing sales operation for enterprises.
- Coordinate with Sales and marketing department to refine lead qualification process,
analyse performance, reporting and dashboards, if any.
- Increase sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
- Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.
- Track and analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota
- attainment.
- End-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering
regular insights to the business.
- Define and deliver techniques to improve the Sales funnel performance for management.
- Develop customer segmentation and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
- Maintain regular check-ins with stakeholders and contribute to opportunity development to ensure Sales plan.
- Identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
Skills & Requirements:
- Should have experience in managing sales operation for enterprises
- Proficient in account-based marketing tools like CRM, EPM.
- Experience in optimizing CRMs and account based marketing and sales enablement tools and processes.
- Good interpersonal skills: should effectively manage the peers and customers
- Good organization skills with ability to perform prioritize multiple tasks with excellent
- attention to detail.
