The Role
We’re seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to manage and optimize our sales and marketing processes through effective CRM (Hubspot) management. This role involves overseeing data management and segmentation, monitoring and enhancing processes, and reporting on campaigns and KPIs.
You will collaborate with the CEO, Sales Manager, and Head of Marketing to document processes, clarify expectations, and provide regular updates. Your primary responsibilities will include leading data management efforts, sourcing new targets, managing CRM data, and offering campaign recommendations to revenue leaders.
Additionally, you will ensure CRM usage adheres to established processes, enabling accurate reporting.
