Sales Operations Analyst, Process & Systems

This role will be responsible for working with Sales Operations leadership, cross functional stakeholders, and third-party vendors to execute on key Go to Market (GTM) initiatives. This person will support the lead management, data management, and sales performance of key global initiatives and sales processes. The right candidate will have experience with data administration, sales support and an understanding of basic sales processes

What your day could consist of

  • Outsourced Vendor Operations:
  • Build and own operational relationships across key partners in external vendors and internal teams; holding key stakeholders accountable for performance and contractual commitments
  • Responsible for overseeing the vendor operations for ActiveCampaign (AC) across GTM teams
  • Process & Tools Administration:
  • Perform Deal Desk functions for appropriate GTM teams; performing regular audits and approvals maintenance of deals throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate documentation and guidance for internal and external partner sales teams on quoting process, policies and Rules of Engagement (ROE) and drive compliance across the sales organisation
  • Be a key owner of completion on key deliverables for end of month, end of quarter, and end of year bookings, contracting, and compensation 
  • Data Administration:
  • Maintain and update databases with accurate and relevant information
  • Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across various systems
  • Analysis/Reporting:
  • Be directly accountable for maintaining metrics and analysis of vendor performance, and provide regular reporting; when necessary leading Business Reviews and actions with vendors to drive KPI performance
  • Report out on deal demographics each month; as well as identify areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with sales and ops leaders to provide timely and relevant reports

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in sales or revenue operations; preferably with SaaS experience
  • Strong skills in MS Excel; Familiarity with with BI tools (i.e. Looker) or SQL is a plus
  • Preferred, but not required:
  • Salesforce admin experience
  • Third-party vendor or outsourced sales management experience
  • German fluency 
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse, and interpret market and sales cycle information
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised self-starter who enjoys driving business impact and operational efficiency
  • Collaborative team player who is effective partnering cross functionally, across multiple different time zones
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.  Display professionalism and confidence in challenging situations. Flexible and open to changing priorities, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
