Entrata is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations team in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting our sales team with data-driven insights. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify trends and solve problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the implementation of sales tools and technologies to streamline operations.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasting models and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales processes, providing recommendations based on analysis.
  • Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Train and support sales personnel on operational best practices and tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall business performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by sales leadership.
  • Support day-to-day sales operations for CRM system integration

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Self Starter with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization software (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Tennessee for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
