The Position
We are looking for a Sales Operations Director to join our growing sales team and drive operational excellence across our revenue organization. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and scale our sales operations.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring a leader who can analyze data, refine sales processes, implement best-in-class sales tools, and ensure our team has the resources they need to succeed. You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, improving sales forecasting, and driving data-backed decision-making across the organization.
