You’ll work with the Exponent Energy Business team, working out of NCR.
This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to expand our presence in multiple cities across the country, together unlocking 15-minute rapid charging thru our Flexible Energy Stack which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

What we Need:
The ideal candidate will have a experience in sales and exceptional customer relationship skills. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive volume and market share of the product through network in the assigned territory
- Generate &monitor sales pipeline in the specific micro markets, applications through various sources and take correction action to bridge the gap thus increases the pipeline
- Planning and execution of ATL/BTL activities independently/ in coordination of dealerships team and owning the adherence and output
- Create understanding and awareness of company product in Channel network and market.
- Visit market for survey and collect data base to formulate sales strategy
- Prepare and adhere process sales documentation and contracts accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate the product features and benefits and assit customers in providing information on range of products and schemes ie. Battery and Charging infra
- Understand the need of the customer and offer appropriate solution ensuring seamless customer on boarding during pre and post sales transaction
- Focus on Value selling and establishing product operating economics (Opeco)/BRT to take mind share of customers thus increases the conversion ratio
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
- Capability Building of field sales team and handhold for better performance and overall productivity
- Regular Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat and referrals business
- Detailed and validated information of industry, competitor products, new launches ,price, schemes and promotional activities and provide feedback to management
