POSITION SUMMARY:
Guided by the Field Sales Manager – Hawaii, the Sales Merchandiser is responsible for stocking, maintaining, and monitoring all aspects of merchandising for the sales department, while also serving as a liaison between the Company and our customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Utilizes personal vehicle to merchandise products at designated locations.
- Stocks, maintains, and monitors all aspects of merchandising, including stocking customer shelves, ensuring proper product placement, rotation, and pricing, as well as setting up displays.
- Assists the sales team with their accounts and coordinates their own work duties.
- Accurately maintains a work log that accounts for activities and driving time between accounts.
- Maintains good relationships with store management and associates by providing regular service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Works independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Assists with schematic resets and participates in other sales activities and projects.
- Performs work in a clean, neat, and safe manner.
- Carries out all duties and upholds all standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Regular attendance is required for the position.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experiencerequired.
- At least one (1) year of merchandising or related work experience.
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Associate Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
