Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. Food delivery was just a start, and now we are exploring and expanding our platform with other business verticals in retail and grocery. We’ve grown significantly in the last few years, expanding our operations from just four countries across the Nordics, to 28 countries across Europe and Asia today. And we’re just getting started. 

As part of our expansion we are soon launching in Kosovo, and… we are so excited about it! 

To achieve this, we must first assemble the team of motivated sales superheroes who’ll secure the relationships with restaurants and retailers that our customers in Albania want to order from. That means your role as Sales Manager is to be the true ‘hunter’. 

You’ll be tasked with building and managing your own pipeline of partners to approach and sign up to Wolt. This requires a good understanding of both the most appropriate merchants across various verticals to prioritize, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills to get your targets through the sales funnel. 

As time progresses and more partners are onboarded, the targets and duties of the role may develop. This means that you must thrive in the ‘start-up’ environment where constant change means there’s always lots to get your teeth into! 

Day to day: 

  • Identifying potential partnerships and contacting potential partners that are a great fit for Wolt.

  • A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up.

  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach - someone that can build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters.

  • As our business grows we are rolling out new features that could be beneficial to our potential clients- you will be the one to decide how our clients can benefit from them in order to fulfill the potential from our platforms.  

  • Able to analyze data to understand venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations regarding partnership terms.

  • Creating a strong communications loop alongside the Restaurant and Retail Development Manager. 

  • Team Player - growing is something that we do together as a team - we value teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve our goals

  • Your background might consist of Sales Representative, Account Development Associate, Events/Sales Coordinator or Personnel within the hospitality industry
  • You're a natural people person, who loves networking and building long lasting relationships
  • You're tech savvy with a key eye for detail, you know how to input data and utilise data to make sound decisions
  • You know the local restaurants scene, and are quickly able to identify and target the most popular restaurants in your city
  • You have excellent time management skills- you will be working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with many competing priorities.
  • You thrive being in an environment where you have high ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious
  • You’re a team player, with a positive attitude and love to be involved
  • You hold a driving licence
  • Fluent in English and Albanian
